More Transparent Stock and Shipping Details
Is the item you’re looking at in stock? Is it backordered? No longer will you have to wonder. Our transparent stock and shipping features deliver this information directly on the product page before you even add to your cart. Once items are in your cart, you will be able to determine which items are shipping from your default warehouse, and which items might take a couple of days longer if they are shipping directly from the manufacturer or one of our other 14 warehouse locations across the United States. This stock and shipping transparency is the key to planning ahead for your orders and ensuring that your business operations continue to run smoothly.

Shopping Lists
Compile a list of the products that you are interested in, all in one convenient place with our Shopping Lists feature! While you are signed into your account and browsing products, simply click on the ‘Add to List’ button next to the ‘Add to Cart’ button on the product page, and that item will be added to your shopping list! You are now able to easily locate that item at any time, whether you are interested in conducting further research about that product, or simply wish to purchase at a later date.
Quick Order
This streamlined process allows you to place your orders even faster! From the ‘Account’ drop down menu, click on Quick Orders. This page is where the magic happens! There are a couple of ways to utilize this feature. First, if you know the item number or product name of what you’re seeking, you can enter that information into the special search bar provided in the Quick Order Pad on this page. From there, you can select the item and provide the quantity, and any other information needed (color, size, etc.) then add to quick order!
Have a large list of items you’re looking to purchase? Our Bulk Upload option in the Quick Order Pad is here to help! This feature allows you to upload a .csv file containing the product numbers and quantities that you need, allowing you to import multiple SKUS with just a few clicks! We also provide the option to download a sample file to work from so your document uploads correctly the first time and you can proceed with ease through the Quick Order process!
The Quick Order page will also conveniently pull up your previous orders, so if you’re needing to simply re-order an item that you have recently purchased, you can locate that item from your previous orders and select ‘Buy Again’.
Order Tracking
Our new website now allows you to easily track the status of your orders, so you can always be in the know about where your products are! While logged into your account, simply navigate to the Orders & Invoices menu from the Account drop down menu at the top of the web page. From there, you will be able to view all of your recent orders. Locate the order number you need information on, and click the arrow icon for that order in the details column. From there, you will find a ‘Track Package’ hyperlink that you can click to instantly find the shipping status of your order. You will also find additional shipping details on this page including Carrier, Tracking Number, Ship Date and Shipping Address to provide a comprehensive tracking overview of your order.
User Set Up and Hierarchy
Will multiple employees have access to your account? Assign a user role to each of your purchasers to ensure they are only limited to the permissions needed for that role. Choose from Junior Buyer, Senior Buyer or Admin:
- Junior Buyer – can request quotes and submit shopping lists for approval, but cannot make purchases on their own.
- Senior Buyer – can approve shopping lists and create their own – plus place orders and view company order history.
- Admin – can perform all of the actions of a Senior Buyer, plus manage other aspects of the company account, such as setting up business addresses and adding new users.
To add users and assign roles, select ‘Profiles’ from the Account drop down menu at the top of your webpage. From there, navigate to ‘User Management’, then select ‘Add new user’ and finally assign role.
