Our innovation team went back to the drawing board to create a new and improved machine for the food processing industry: the Cure-It Stainless Steel Injector. This compete curing pump comes fully equipped with a motor, hoses, injection valve, artery needle and spray needle. It’s loaded with new convenience and safety features to meet the demands of our customers, and help their operations run smoothly and efficiently. Power
The Cure-It features a powerful 1/2-hp motor, which puts less stress on the pump, resulting on extended life of the machine. This is the most powerful motor currently available in a portable curing unit. A high-velocity fan keeps the motor cool during use for added safety and extended use.
Quiet Operation
The Cure-It is equipped with rubber grommets on the base and under the motor to make the unit quiet – 1/10th the sound of other injection pumps!
Enhanced Hygiene
This injector features a fully washdown design for the food processing industry. It’s made of stainless steel, USDA and FDA materials, and features no exposed parts for easy cleaning. The platform’s smooth surface base has an open end, allowing for easier cleaning underneath the unit. This also helps to prevent water from becoming trapped, reducing the chance for bacteria to form.
Ease of Use
A convenient on/off switch helps to make operation simple. The machine also features an oil-filled valve for a steady needle read-out. Gone are the days of trying to read a bouncing needle! When it’s time for maintenance, the Cure-It uses only 4 bolts to help make this process quick and easy.
