Virtually maintenance free, these all-welded racks are built for the long haul. Heavy Duty Sheet Pan Racks are constructed to ensure maximum strength and durability for years to come. Guides are securely welded both horizontally and vertically, sealing all cracks and crevices that may trap dirt and bacteria. Each guide is welded on both ends, totaling five inches of weld per guide to secure all angles to the upright framework. Ribbed angle guides allow pans to slide on and off with ease, minimizing the galling or flaking that can occur with heavy usage. (This feature also allows pans to slide on and off smoothly, less friction than if flat angle guides were used.)
