Overview

The 4800 N95 Plus Relief from Organic Vapors AirWave Series respirator offers exclusive easy-breathing wave design for less resistance and better breathability, reducing costs compared to valved respirators. An added carbon layer filters out nuisance levels of ozone and organic vapors (less than OSHA PEL), making it suitable for most welding fumes (free of oil) and fitting easily under welding hoods.

The soft cloth SmartStrap allows for a custom fit and enables the respirator to hang around the neck when not in use, preventing waste. It features a metal-free construction with a full foam face seal for added comfort and reduced pressure. The Dura-Mesh® shell resists collapsing in heat and humidity, while the molded nose bridge seals easily without a metal noseband, and the naturally contoured facepiece provides less pressure.

The FlexFit® design moves easily with your face and stays in place, ensuring easier breathing, cool comfort, and extended use. The 4800 N95 is NIOSH certified with a filter efficiency of 95% or greater for non-oil based particulates, certified under 42CFR84, and meets heat and flame resistance in accordance with ANSI/ISEA 110-2009 Section 7.11.1. It's 100% PVC-Free, like all Moldex products & packaging, providing a greener alternative.
