The Delta Plus Omega II Hard Hat with 6-Point Mega Ratchet® Suspension is built for industrial environments where reliable head protection and all-day comfort are essential, including food processing facilities with elevated safety standards. Molded from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), this non-vented cap-style helmet features a 6-point woven nylon suspension system and a Mega Ratchet® adjustment mechanism that locks securely into place with 50 meshing teeth, allowing precise sizing from 6.5 to 8 without removing the helmet. The hinged ratchet sits low on the nape for a stable fit, while the cushioned brow pad is removable, washable, and replaceable for improved hygiene.
