Overview

The 560 Series immersion heaters provide a controlled heat source for quick sterilization in laboratories and kitchens, as well as for general lab liquids. These heaters feature a 1” NPT threaded fitting for permanent through-the-side installation. They come with a pre-set thermostat set to 190°F, a T-316 stainless steel heating element, and a 6-foot, 3-wire cord set for US 115V outlets. Operating at 115 volts AC, the heater has a 5.5 inch long heating element. The units are MET Listed (Listing# E212620) and feature a PPGF35 body material (Polypropylene Glass Filled 35%). They offer a differential of +/- 1°F in a circulated bath.
